Big enough to serve, small enough to care; local IT support

Local IT Support for Small-Medium Businesses (SMBs)

Meet Paula (First photo, left). She’s a sheep, a great mother, year after year, and she pretty much looks after herself; read on to find out what else makes her unique and find out how she relates to Local IT Support.

Supporting local SMBs is essential to us, adding value to the local economy by helping your businesses grow; providing wider job opportunities to our communities.

At Evolve, we’re a team of ten looking after IT for 50+ organisations across three counties; they range in size from 5 users to over 1,500 users. Each organisation has a close relationship with at least one of our technical team and a director.

SMBs we’re in this together.

There is a lot to be said about working with each other as small-medium businesses. We’re in this together, and I’m sure you could add to my list of benefits. Here are a few that I think are common amongst our teams:

Comprehensive Local Expertise:

Our local team boast a diverse skill set. Despite their local roots, these professionals bring a wealth of experience and knowledge. Ensuring that your business receives comprehensive IT solutions.

Personalised Attention:

Unlike larger corporations, where clients might feel like just another account number, our customers expect a personalised touch. Your business isn’t lost in a sea of clients; it receives individualised attention and a tailored approach. This personalised service ensures that unique needs are met and often exceeded.

Agility and Flexibility:

As local businesses, we are renowned for our agility and flexibility when clients’ requirements change. We can adapt swiftly, implementing solutions with the speed and efficiency required to keep your operations running smoothly.

Accessible Communication:

Being “big enough to serve” means local companies have the resources and capabilities to handle your business’s evolving IT requirements. Simultaneously, being “small enough to care” ensures that communication lines remain open and accessible. You can easily contact the team, discuss concerns, and receive prompt responses, fostering a transparent and collaborative relationship.

Building Trust and Loyalty:

In the local business landscape, trust is a cornerstone of success. We invest time and effort in building strong relationships with our clients. As a result, the trust and loyalty cultivated within this dynamic create a foundation for long-term collaboration, ensuring ongoing support and growth for your business.

Local Business IT Support

Delivers a proactive approach to problem-solving. We understand your business’s intricacies, enabling us to identify potential issues before they escalate. This practical stance is a testament to our commitment to your success and sets them apart from larger providers that may operate reactively.

By choosing local IT support, you benefit from the best of both worlds – the extensive capabilities of a larger entity and the personalised care of a local business.

This unique combination saves you time and money but also fosters a partnership that goes beyond a transactional service, contributing to the sustained success of your small business.

That’s why we’re signed up members of: About Us – Staffordshire Chambers; we aim to source locally and support locally,

Back to Paula.

Paula… as promised, with my wife and five children, we run a small farm business, and Paula was the first ewe we ever bought about five years ago. We now run about 70 sheep and eight cattle; they all have a story. I can easily spot Paula and her first Lamb (Paulette) within the flock and tell you a story about many others. We keep it personal, deliver the best care we can to our animals and serve our customers with slow-grown, grass-fed, high-welfare produce.

Local it support for small business; big enough to serve, small enough to care.

Let us work together.
